The Outdoors Fix:
I currently produce and host a podcast called The Outdoors Fix. It aims to inspire those who want to make outdoor adventures a bigger part of their lives.
I developed the podcast following my 800 mile thru-hike of New Zealand’s South Island. The Outdoors Fix got to No.1 on the Apple Podcasts Wilderness chart in 2021 and 2023. It has also been recommended by the British Podcasts Awards in their newsletter and by BBC Countryfile magazine. I hosted a live podcast recording of The Outdoors Fix for Spotify in Stockholm.
I’ve had the opportunity to host interviews with outdoors authors on stage at The Cheltenham Literature Festival and Timber Festival in recent months. Audiences have ranged from 200-500 people.
The events went really smoothly and I had some great feedback from both the guests and the audience members. It was a highlight to interview both Raynor Winn and Christian Lewis about their books.
